What is StrikeList AI?
StrikeList AI is an AI-assisted jury-selection and trial-preparation platform for trial lawyers. It organizes juror information, collects publicly available records, scores jurors against criteria you define for the case, and provides live insight during voir dire through Whisper Mode. After the jury is seated it produces a short strategy memo.
Who is StrikeList AI built for?
Lawyers who pick juries: criminal defense attorneys, prosecutors, and civil litigators on either side, in state or federal court, in any of the 50 states. Jury consultants and litigation support teams use it as well. It was built by a practicing criminal defense trial lawyer for use at counsel table.
Does StrikeList AI replace an attorney's judgment?
No, and it is not designed to. StrikeList AI gives you organized information and consistent scoring so that your judgment, training and instincts are working with a full picture. Its outputs are informational, are not legal advice, and do not predict verdicts or juror behavior. You make every decision, and you remain responsible for compliance with the rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
How does AI fit into the platform?
AI does three jobs. It reads and extracts the jury list, it summarizes public records and public content into a plain-language profile with sources attached, and it powers Whisper Mode, which reads your voir dire notes in context and suggests follow-up questions and possible cause issues. Scoring follows criteria you set. Nothing is hidden and nothing acts on its own.
What information does StrikeList AI use?
The information you enter about the case and jurors, questionnaire answers you attach, and publicly available records and public social-media content. StrikeList AI does not access private accounts, does not send friend or connection requests, and never contacts a juror.
How does public-records collection work?
For each juror, StrikeList AI searches public sources such as voter registration, court dockets and property records, and public social content, and organizes what it finds into one profile. Each item shows its source and a match-confidence level so you can discount anything that may belong to a different person with the same name. Availability of specific record types varies by state and county.
Can I see the system before purchasing? Is there a demo?
Yes. Request a demo and we will walk you through a sample panel in about twenty minutes, answer questions about your practice, and help you decide whether a single trial or a bundle makes sense.
How do I get started?
Buy a single trial or a bundle above. You will receive sign-in details by email within minutes, and the Help Center's Getting Started guide will have you through case setup in under an hour. If your trial starts tomorrow, email support and say so; we prioritize live trials.
Do trials expire? Can I get a refund?
Purchased trials do not expire. If StrikeList AI is not a fit, contact support within 14 days of purchase and before a case has gone through jury selection and we will make it right. (Final refund terms to be confirmed in the Terms of Service.)
How is my case information handled?
Case and juror information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes data handling in detail. Attorneys should review it against their own confidentiality obligations before entering client-related information.
How do I contact support?
