The panel walks in at the same moment the clerk hands you the list. Decisions come fast, under the gun, and they carry biases we do not always recognize. StrikeList AI was built by David Drwencke, a trial attorney by trade and by practice. He spent seven years in the courtroom as a judicial clerk, observing hundreds of trials from the bench's side of the room, then practiced civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants before founding his own criminal defense firm, where he tries more than twenty cases a year and has hundreds of trials behind him.
A self-described tech nerd, he built tools in-house to gain a competitive advantage for his own clients. ForVerdict LLC exists to make those tools available to other trial attorneys.
