These terms govern use of StrikeList AI, provided by ForVerdict LLC. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.
2. The service and the attorney's responsibility
StrikeList AI provides informational and organizational support to licensed attorneys and their staff. Its outputs, including scores, summaries, suggested questions and memos, are not legal advice, do not predict verdicts or juror behavior, and do not replace an attorney's professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for legal analysis, trial strategy, the exercise of challenges, compliance with rules of professional conduct and court rules, and all decisions in your cases.
3. Acceptable use
[Use only for lawful juror research and trial preparation; no use to contact, harass or surveil any person; no use of any protected characteristic as a basis for a peremptory challenge; compliance with Batson and applicable law; no reverse engineering or resale.]
4. Public information

5. Purchases, trials and refunds
