Privacy Policy

StrikeList AI is operated by ForVerdict LLC ("StrikeList AI," "we," "us"). This policy describes the information we collect through www.strikelistai.com, the StrikeList AI application at app.strikelistai.com, and our Help Center (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. StrikeList AI is a business tool for licensed attorneys and their staff. It is not directed to consumers or to anyone under 18.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Name, firm, email address, and login credentials when you create an account or are invited to a firm's workspace.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive the purchaser's email, the product purchased, and a payment confirmation. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Case Data. Information you and your team enter into the application in the course of preparing for and conducting jury selection: case details, criteria and preferences, juror names and details from jury lists and questionnaires, notes taken during voir dire, challenge records, and the outputs the Service generates from them.

Public-records information. When you direct the Service to research a prospective juror, it retrieves information from publicly available sources and associates it with that juror inside your case. See Section 3.

Communications. Messages you send through our demo-request form, by email, or to support.

Usage and device information. Pages viewed, actions taken in the application, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar technical data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure and support the Service, including generating the analyses, scores, prompts and summaries the Service exists to produce.
• To process purchases, apply trial credits to the correct firm, and send transactional messages such as receipts and account notices.
• To respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it, using aggregated or de-identified information wherever possible.
• To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public and ourselves.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your Case Data to train artificial-intelligence models. Marketing email is sent only to people who request it and can be stopped at any time.

3. Public-records research

Public-records research runs only when an attorney or authorized team member initiates it for a specific case. The Service draws on publicly available sources such as voter registration, court dockets, property records and public social-media content, subject to what each jurisdiction makes available. The Service does not contact, follow, connect with or otherwise communicate with any prospective juror. Retrieved information is stored with the case, is visible only to that firm's workspace, and is deleted with the case. Third-party records may be incomplete or inaccurate; the Service labels match confidence so attorneys can verify before relying on any item.

4. Service providers

We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf and only as needed to run the Service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), artificial-intelligence model providers that process Case Data to generate outputs, public-records and search data providers, transactional email delivery, and website analytics. Each is bound by contractual terms limiting use of the information to providing services to us, and our AI providers are prohibited from using your Case Data to train their models. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or with your direction or consent.

5. Retention and deletion

Account information is retained while your account is active. Case Data is retained until you delete the case or close your account. You may delete a case at any time from within the application, and you may request deletion of your account and all associated Case Data by emailing David@strikelistai.com; we complete deletion within 30 days, and residual copies are purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. We retain billing records as required by tax and accounting law and may retain de-identified usage data indefinitely.

6. Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each firm's workspace is logically isolated from every other firm's, access within a workspace is controlled by the firm's own users, and access by our personnel is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your responsibilities as a professional user

Attorneys remain responsible for their obligations of client confidentiality and for compliance with the rules of professional conduct and court rules that govern juror research in their jurisdiction. Enter only the information reasonably necessary for the representation, use the Service consistently with those rules, and review our Terms of Service, which describe permitted and prohibited uses.

8. Your choices and rights

You may access and correct your account information in the application, delete cases, and request account deletion as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. To exercise any right, email David@strikelistai.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies. The application uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting how we handle Case Data will also be announced within the application or by email to account holders.
